Focus 'Play' or 'Play Again' overlay buttons. ( #104 )

Improves keyboard usability by focusing the buttons on the game overlay.
When games are paused, or at the end of a game when ready to restart,
the overlay is shown. This change focuses the relevant button.
Test: e.g. /elfski.html for restart, or /gumball.html for resume.
Thanks @rictic for debugging support.

Elf Ski: Add keyboard and gamepad support. ( #98 )

Refactors physics.js to operate on an angle representation instead of vector.
This makes it easier to receive input as a target angle, which can come
from pointer events or keyboard.
Gamepad input is already converted to synthetic arrow keydown events
by keys.js, so now gamepad input also works.
